Must Have Wedding Day Photos!

Our popular wedding blog is back, and with all new images to inspire ideas for your wedding day!

Let's start with the ever so important wedding gown. It's a given that every detail of your beautiful wedding dress should be captured from every angle. This gown is one of my 2018 favorites.

Candid and unique images always makes a photo collection memorable and fun to look back on.

Special moments that the bride and groom aren't aware are being captured are memorable...like this happy photo of the bride getting ready to walk down the aisle.

The Accessories. Whether it's a crown, jewelry or flowers, a close up shot of the accessories is always appreciated by the bride. And a shoe shot is always a must have.

The long veil is a long lasting tradition. I like to capture this shot in both color and black and white. In black and white silhouette, it's transformed into a classic image.

Let's not forget the groom...after all, it's his special day also. I like to include the groom's wedding accessories, as captured here.

The fun wedding party shot! After the ceremony, we usually do the traditional photos, but there should also be some fun candid photos of you and your wedding party.

The Littlest ones and their accessories. This special moment with this bride and her flower girl is a favorite.

Flowers are another central theme on your wedding day. They can be used to pull all the wedding colors together, and provide beautiful decor. Capture all the flowers including the groom's boutonniere, the bridesmaids flowers, and of course the wedding bouquet. I love this unique hair piece, made with real flowers, fresh leaves and baby's breath.

The stationery suite. Include all the stationery that helped to mark this journey, from save the dates to the actual dinner menu, it's serves as memories.

It is a must to capture the ceremony and the reception site, especially before guests arrive. And especially if it's as beautiful as this one in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. This is one of my favorite destination weddings.

The Vows are the most important part of the ceremony. I often like to get a good shot of the actual document especially if it's handwritten by the couple like this one.

The cake and dessert table is sometimes an expression of the bride and groom. The more unique and creative the couple, the more unique the desserts tend to be.

I think I've heard "Single Ladies" by Beyonce a million times because it is the most popular song choice for the bouquet toss. This is a fun moment to capture for the bride and her guests.
